Marios Moraitis is an Attorney-at-Law before the first instance Court and member of the Athens Bar Association from 2022. He studied law at the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (2016-2020), where he graduated with the highest grade in his year of studies (9.27/10). He has obtained a postgraduate certificate (LLM) in “Civil Law and Modern Financial Transactions” of the same University (2021), graduating with the highest grade in his year (10/10).
From 2022 he is a PhD Candidate of the University of Athens in the field of Copyright Law.
He deals with cases of civil and commercial law in the field of consulting and judicial advocacy.
